Price(s) subject to change without notice. All items will be invoiced at price(s) quoted or price(s) in effect at the time of shipment.
Terms are Net 30 days to domestic accounts with approved credit. Freight is FOB shipping point with title passing at that point. Unless you specify otherwise, we will always ship “best way”. Orders processed will be subject to a handling fee.
Please inspect your shipment upon receipt. If it shows any external damage, accept it only after the driver has noted the damage on both his and your copy of the delivery receipt, and you have requested an inspection by the carrier. If upon opening a shipment, you find a shortage or damage, you must request an inspection by the carrier within 15 days of delivery or you will relinquish your right to make a claim.
Request for returns or adjustments must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be authorized by Texas Technologies and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please call or write for an authorization number. All items approved for return must be in an unused and saleable condition. We reserve the right to inspect them before issuing credit. They must be returned within 30 days of your receiving them. Special order and Custom items are not returnable.
Texas Technologies makes no warranty, expressed or implied. Any warranty offered by a manufacturer applies and extends only to the original purchase of new goods. Texas Technologies’ liability for damages, including direct and indirect, as a result of a breach or manufacturer’s warranty, shall not exceed such manufacturer’s warranty. Seller’s only obligation shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or of inability to use the product. Before using, the user shall determine the suitability of the product for his/her intended use and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
Texas Technologies assumes no liability for damages or any other expenses incurred as a result of or because of delay in shipment, or through failure to ship, or for non-delivery of goods on a specified date due to fire, flood, strikes, accidents, government negotiations, delay of carriers and other causes beyond our control.
